Each block is lovingly made from scratch, by hand, which may result in tiny, unique imperfections, adding to the character of your block. Whilst we do our best to ensure that the product photos provide an accurate representation of the finished product, slight colour variations may occur as a result of the way in which different screens display the images. 

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time. In this case a full refund will be provided. 

LOST/DAMAGED PRODUCT

In the unlikely and unfortunate event that your order gets lost or arrives damaged, please contact the courier company directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a damage claim.

Words of Heart decor blocks are designed to be decorative items only. They are for indoor display purposes only. Words of Heart decor blocks are not toys.
