HOW DO I ORDER A CUSTOM BLOCK?
You can either select one of the custom design options from the 'Collections' tab, and then follow the process for supplying your information, or you can start by contacting me via email ([email protected]) or the 'Contact' tab, to discuss your request and the possibilities.
WHAT CAN YOU INCLUDE ON MY CUSTOM BLOCK?
Simple answer = anything you like! That includes:
- Photos - stock images, my photos or your own photos (provided they are of sufficient resolution).
- Graphics - I have access to a large bank of graphic images on a variety of themes, or you can supply your own high quality files, including logos.
- Words - wedding vows, first dance lyrics, quotes, poems, etc.
Just keep in mind the size of the block, you don't want to try to cram so much on it that any words are too small to read! I can guide you during the design brief phase.
WHAT SIZE OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOM BLOCKS?
There are two size options:
- The 'standard' 4x6" (10x15cm) block, available in the freestanding 18mm thick base, or the hanging 6mm thick base.
- The larger 5x7" (approx 13x18cm) block, also available in the freestanding 18mm thick base, or the hanging 6mm thick base.
WILL I GET TO SEE A PROOF BEFORE YOU MAKE MY ORDER?
Yes, absolutely. Once we have agreed on the design brief, I will draft up your design and email you a proof for approval. At this stage, you will have the opportunity to request minor amendments.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A CUSTOM ORDER TO BE MADE?
You need to factor in design time, as well as making time. This includes us communicating to agree on a design brief and you having the opportunity to provide feedback on the design proof. I suggest allowing an ABSOLUTE MINIMUM of THREE WEEKS design & making time for a custom block, this may stretch out to longer during busier times. So, the earlier you order your custom block, the better.
HOW MUCH DOES A CUSTOM BLOCK COST?
This obviously depends on the size and the design time required. Please see the custom design options in the 'Collections' tab for pricing, or you can email [email protected] or use the 'Contact' tab to obtain an estimate for your custom order. Custom block prices do not include display easels, these can be purchased separately.
