PROCESSING TIMES

Good things take time! Most blocks are made to order, so please allow two weeks for your block to be made.

I do hold some standard designs in stock, for market purposes. Whilst I cannot guarantee that your chosen standard block will be in stock, if  I do have one made up and available, it will be packed and shipped within 3 working days of receipt of your order. Otherwise, the two week 'made to order' timeframe will apply.

All custom blocks are made to order. Making time is usually approx 2 weeks from proof approval.

SHIPPING TIMES

Your order will be sent via courier and you will be provided with tracking details. You can usually expect your order to arrive within 1-3 working days for standard urban delivery and an additional 1-2 days for rural delivery.

SHIPPING COSTS

These will vary depending on the delivery address and the number of blocks purchased. Your shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout.

FREE LOCAL PICK UP

If you live in or around North Auckland and would like to collect your order from me in Hatfields Beach (near Orewa), please select the 'local pick up' option from the shipping menu and I will be in touch to arrange a pick up date and time when your order is ready.

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

At this stage, we are only shipping blocks within New Zealand.
